The Color Morale Tour BannerGramercy Theater held a perfect day for The Color Morale to come in with their “Hold on Pain ends” tour. Sunday in Manhattan opened the doors for supporting acts Slaves, Vanna and Alive Like Me. Sadly enough, the tour package did NOT generate enough attendance as I anticipated for the groups. To counteract this issue, the tour package did its best to put on a show. Each band did, the entire night was one hell of a show, with all acts coming down to their merchandise tables to greet fans, sign autographs and take photos. You don’t get much of that anymore, the ability for musicians to so much high praise for their loyal fans. Its quite a sight indeed when you see all perspectives as a journalist and even as a fan in some instances. I know these bands here have good hearts and their music speaks for the success they each continue to generate. It was a bad night number wise, but everything else was one for the books. Check out the photos below and the respected set-lists. Note: There is no set-list for Vanna and no coverage for Alive Like Me.
