Article: Veil of Maya’s Matriarch Tour 5/23/15

Another Day, another Veil of Maya show. IMPROVEMENTS though, with the release of Matriarch and Lukas Magnar’s second performance I am experiencing (first time with his own music). While it was an amazing performance, this show was BY FAR the most disappointing thanks to the venue. The tour package went on stage by 6pm on a Saturday, ON A SATURDAY! And Veil of Maya finished as early as 9:15pm. Thanks to double booking the night show for old school tribute bands, this tour package was kicked out quickly. Although the bands did not mind since it was an early show, I sure as hell was pissed because I showed up halfway through Oceano’s set (once again missing them because Revolution seems to be their go to place for NY) and it all ended within a three hour time limit from the time I got there.
